Hungry caterpillars are the stars of this Lane Cove Bush Kids session at Tambourine Bay Park on Wednesday 25 November from 9:45am to 11:15am.
Children aged 2 to 5 find out how caterpillars defend themselves, what they like to eat and how they transform into butterflies and moths. The morning includes a story and a short bushwalk, and every child makes a caterpillar craft to take home.
Tickets range from free to $11.94 and every adult and child over two needs one. Bush tracks are unsealed and mostly not stroller friendly. A second session runs on Thursday 3 December.
