FrogID Week: Discovering Willoughby’s Frogs

Ever wondered which frog is calling from your garden after rain? Dr Jodi Rowley from the Australian Museum explains all at Chatswood Library on Wednesday 11 November from 7:00pm to 8:30pm.

Drawing on more than 20 years working with frogs, Dr Rowley will talk about why frogs call, how to identify different species and the threats they face. She will also introduce FrogID, the Australian Museum’s citizen science app that lets anyone record frog calls on their phone and help scientists track frogs across the country.

The talk is part of FrogID Week and is hosted by Willoughby City Library. It is free but registration on Eventbrite is required.
