Summer Reading Challenge at Lane Cove Libraries
1 December 2026 - 31 January 2027
Free
Keep the kids reading over the long break with the Summer Reading Challenge at Lane Cove Libraries, running from Tuesday 1 December 2026 to Sunday 31 January 2027.
Library members aged 3 to 17 log their reading time on a bookmark or in the Beanstack app. Every two hours of reading earns a lucky dip prize, which can be collected from any branch (one per day). Each two hours also earns an entry into the end-of-summer prize draw.
The challenge is free. Sign up at Lane Cove, St Leonards or Greenwich libraries, or join the library first if your child is not yet a member.
