Sushi Making Workshop — Synergy Youth Centre

Synergy Youth Centre’s spring school holiday program turns hands-on with a sushi making session on Wednesday 7 October. Young people will cook, fill and roll their own sushi, picking up some basic cooking skills along the way.

The session runs within the centre’s regular drop-in hours, so no booking is required. Those with dietary requirements are encouraged to get in touch beforehand, though the centre notes cross-contamination is possible given its drop-in nature.

The workshop runs from 1:00pm to 3:00pm and is open to young people aged 10 to 17.
