Sustainability Lane

Sustainability Lane is an annual event organised by Lane Cove Council. The event showcases sustainable living through a variety of stalls, demonstrations and live entertainment.

Sunday 4th December 9:00am – 4:00pm.

Sustainability Lane will be held at The Canopy and will be a chance to connect with Council and local environmental groups to learn about sustainability issues and solutions.

• Come and speak to electric vehicle owners and find out why they love driving their cars
• Ride your bike and receive a free tune up
• Receive independent advice on how to lower your emissions through renewable energy and energy efficiency upgrades
• Ask Council staff about sustainability, resilience, recycling and bushcare
• Pick up a free plant and other giveaways from the Council tent
• Learn about native animals at the live reptile display
• Use pedal power to blend your own smoothie

We encourage you to practice sustainable living by leaving the car at home and using one of the sustainable transport options available to get to the event. The event is just 50m from the Lane Cove Bus Interchange. If you will be driving there is three hours free parking available at The Canopy, Market Square and Little Street car parks.
