Government agencies, councils, emergency services and public bodies may submit local events, information sessions, public meetings or consultations to the In the Cove event calendar.

Some public information may be mentioned in the Week in Review or other In the Cove content where it is timely, locally relevant and of genuine interest to the broader Lane Cove community.
Our Week in Review generally covers Tuesday to Tuesday. Late submissions may be moved to the following week if still relevant or may not be included. Submit community news
Images and permissions
By submitting images, you confirm you have permission to share them with In the Cove for publication on our website, newsletter and social media channels. Where children, community members or private property are pictured or named, the submitting agency or organisation is responsible for confirming appropriate permissions are in place.
Please provide images suitable for web use. If image files are too large, we may ask you to reduce the file size and resubmit them.
When advertising may be required
While some factual public information may be considered for free editorial inclusion, advertising may be required for content seeking guaranteed reach, repeated promotion, newsletter placement, social media promotion or campaign-style visibility. Request advertising options
