North Shore Gym is introducing PROGIRLS. A 30 minute class led by a Personal Trainer, full of fun, safe
exercises for younger girls in a small group session.
We introduce strength and fitness challenges that are age appropriate and an awesome foundation to build confidence in the gym environment and complement strength and fitness for other sports and activities.
Starts 20 March 2017. Monday and Wednesdays at 4:30pm. You can join in anytime!
