Lane Cove Brunches – Bella Bacio Lane Cove North

Bella Bacio is a new cafe in Lane Cove North on Centennial Avenue. It is located in the Sevana building. Bella Bacio is run by George and his family. Some of you may know George as he runs the successful La Kantina restaurant in Lane Cove West Business Park for 12 years. He has a great background in hospitality.

ITC loves brunch (our favourite meal of the day). The ITC family gives the Bella Bacio Brunch a big thumbs up (had to stop Mr ITC from licking the plate).

Personally, I love good scrambled eggs. The eggs were delightfully creamy. The mushroom was topped with shavings of truffle that was rich and decadent.

Miss ITC is a poached egg devotee. And she does also like her Haloumi. She was raving about it and when I managed to get just a small slice of Haloumi from her I could understand why. Sometimes Haloumi can feel rubbery, this was definitely quality produce.

Mr ITC is a traditionalist and he tried out the Eggs Benedict. The presentation was beautiful.

The meal was accompanied by freshly squeezed orange juice and great coffee.

 

Bella Bacio is open for breakfast and lunch. You can park on the street or there is undercover visitor parking in the Sevana Building. Bella Bacio is located on Centennial Avenue between Longueville Road and Mowbray Road. It’s worth the effort of brunching outside the Lane Cove Village plaza.
