Lane Cove Business Round Up May 2018

Welcome to our May 2018 Lane Cove Business Round-Up.  If a business opened, closed, rebranded, was refurbished or achieved a milestone we will tell you about it.

New Businesses

Wow, Lane Cove continues to see new food businesses open.  In May we had three new restaurants/cafes open.

Four Frogs Creperie

Four Frogs Creperie opened in late May and the people are loving it.  The restaurant fitout is superb and adds a real spot of colour to Longueville Road (see our cover photo) and the Lane Cove Arcade.

Heare are just a few of the reviews we have seen on In the Cove’s Facebook and Instagram page:

“Popped in for a coffee and couldn’t resist the caramel crepe with the chocolate ice cream. Coffee is good, service great and the crepe excellent. We will definitely be back.”

“Lovely atmosphere, Fabulous staff and delicious food.”
“We were there today for lunch (and spotted Mr and Mrs ITC) and had a lovely lunch. Decor is superb. But mostly i was super impressed with the friendly and engaging personality of the maitre de. It was full with people waiting in the arcade. The rate at which they got people in and out (without feeling rushed) was impressive. Welcome to Lane Cove Four Frogs! We are loving this influx of new restaurants.”
Four Frogs Creperie want to be actively involved in the community and are they are gold sponsor of In the Cove and a Bronze Sponsor of the Lane Cove Fun Run.  Thanks, Four Frogs you have been an absolute delight to deal with.

Lillah

Lillah also opened this month.  They serve middle eastern cuisine. They have created a menu which includes Egyptian, Turkish, Israeli and Lebanese dishes all fused into one.  It is about taking Middle Eastern traditional flavours and putting a modern twist to it.

Guzman Y Gomez

Guzman Y Gomez opened with a bang!!  They gave away over 4000 burittos on their opening day.  They are located in the Lane Cove Plaza across from Bakers Delight.
