Lane Cove Week in Review 11th to 17th November 2018

Lane Cove Pool Upgrade

The Lane Cove 50m Pool has reached the end of its life.  The costs of maintaining the pool and fixing structural issues is mounting. In 2019 there will be significant works to install a new Olympic Pool and Grandstand at the Lane Cove Aquatic Centre.  Lane Cove Council had budgeted to undertake works in 2019 however following more extensive investigations it has been deemed it necessary to commence work asap.

The upper levels of the Olympic Pool Grandstand are currently unavailable. A temporary Grandstand will be available on the grassed area across the Summer period.

More detailed timing of the works will be updated online at www.lanecove.nsw.gov.au/olympicpoolandgrandstand.
