Our cryosauna treatment involves spending a short period of time in a cryosauna – a temperature-controlled cooling chamber with temperatures dropping as low as -150°C.
As the cryosauna exposes your body to extremely cold temperatures, our blood rushes through our cardiovascular system, where it’s cleansed of toxins and supplied with oxygen, enzymes and nutrients.
When you step out of the cryosauna and into warm air, that oxygenated, nutrient rich blood rushes right back out to your toxin-cleansed peripheral tissues. Fat freezing (also known as cryolipolysis) is sometimes referred to as cold body sculpting or a non-surgical alternative to liposuction.
