Lane Cove COVID19 Testing Facilities Information

COVID-19 testing is important. Testing allows NSW Health to prevent onward transmission by helping them identify as many cases in the community as quickly as possible. Every person who comes forward for testing is playing an important role in helping to contain the spread of COVID-19.

On ITC Lane Cove Chat we asked Lane Cove locals to tell us the following:

  • Where Did You Go to be tested for COVID-19?
  • When Did You Take the Test?
  • Did You Need A Referral?
  • How Long Did it Take for Test Results to come back?
  • Best place to take kids?
  • Best place to take seniors?

From the Information provided it appears that there are three main testing facilities used by Lane Cove Locals.  Details set out below.

How to Stop the Spread of COVID-19

To help stop the spread of COVID-19:

  • If you are unwell, get tested and isolate right away – don’t delay.
  • Wash your hands regularly. Take hand sanitiser with you when you go out.
  • Keep your distance. Leave 1.5 metres between yourself and others.
  • Wear a mask when using public transport, rideshares and taxis, and in shops, places of worship and other places where you can’t physically distance. When taking taxis or rideshares, commuters should also sit in the back.
