Have You Got The Power and the Passion? – Oils ain’t Oils Live in The Canopy

After the huge success of the Kick INXS and AC/DC, Celebrating Queen Live Tribute bands in the Canopy, the Lane Cove Council’s next tribute band concert is Oils Ain’t Oils.  Put the 27th January 2024 in your diary and get ready to sing all your favourite Oils songs BUT, more importantly, dance like Peter Garrett.

Who is Oils Ain’t Oils?

Oils ain’t Oils is a group of Sydney’s finest musicians celebrating the music of Midnight Oil. Classics such as ‘Beds are Burning’, ‘Power and the Passion’, ‘Blue Sky Mine’ and ‘King of the Mountain’ are just a few of the Aussie anthems that will bring you back to the good old days of Aussie rock.

How Do I Book?

5:15 pm: Gates open

6:00 pm – 6:45 pm: Rachel

7:00 pm – 9:00 pm: Oils ain’t Oils

Kids under 2 are free (no ticket required).

This is a picnic event. Food and drinks are permitted. Please bring a picnic rug or low chair (no spikes permitted). No umbrellas, dogs, or higher chairs are permitted.

This event is assisted by the Australian Government through the National Australia Day Council.
