Tickets to Crows Nest Metro Open Day Going Quickly

Lane Cove residents are concerned that when the Crows Nest Metro opens there will be fewer buses running from Lane Cove to the City.  The NSW Government wants local to take the metro from Crows Nest.  Read more here about the bus changes.

Sydney Metro has scheduled a Crows Nest Metro Station Open Day on 26 May 2024.  Visitors can take a 45-minute guided tour of the station.

Visitors will have the opportunity to access the station, see the public art, and walk through the concourse level and new metro platforms 25 metres below ground. The station provides new metro rail access to the Crows Nest residential area and serves people within walking and cycling distance.

Places are limited, and booking is essential. There are only a few tickets left—book here.

Bookings are final and non-transferable. A change of session time or date is not possible and additional participants cannot be added to your booking.

Apparently, the Crows Nest Metro is going to open in June – but that is not confirmed.

The Travel times are estimated to be:

    • 4 minutes to Chatswood Station
    • 5 minutes to Barangaroo Station
    • 7 minutes to Martin Place Station
