Manna Bread is being cleared out

Manna Bread on Burns Bay Road looks to be closing for good.

On Wednesday evening (4 November) a reader sent us photos of the shop with its shutters up and the fitout being ripped out. Equipment was being loaded onto a truck.

Earlier this week we reported the shutters had been down for a while. When we called, the person we spoke to said they were having “a bit of a break”. The shop at Shop 6, 50–54 Burns Bay Road has also been listed for lease through Ray White Lower North Shore for some time.

We haven’t been able to confirm the closure with the owners directly. However, a trusted source who has spoken with the owners tells us they are retiring.

We’ll update if we hear more.
