Hunters Hill Comedy and Cocktail Fest

After a spectacular success in its inaugural year, the Hunters Hill Comedy and Cocktail Fest is back in 2022, this time for 5 nights.
Held at the beautiful Hunters Hill Town Hall (Alexandra Street) on 17, 18, 23, 24 and 25 June, each night has a different lineup.
Thirty of Australia’s finest professional standup comedians will take to the stage, with cocktails and bar service from local distillers Buffalo Vale Distillery.
Tickets are $50 each and include a drink from the bar.

Friday 17 June line up 

Friday 17 June is the first night of the fabulous FIVE NIGHT fiesta of funny at the Hunters Hill Town Hall.

Justin Hamilton has carved out an incredibly successful career as a stand-up comedian, writer and stage director while maintaining his unique voice within the Australian comedy scene.

Over the course of the last 15 years, Justin has won awards for his solo stand up comedy shows including the Director’s Choice Award at the Melbourne Comedy Festival for his show “Three Colours Hammo”. In 2011, The Arts Monthly announced that Justin was the Comedian of the Decade.

He continues to gig around the place and produce his Big Squid podcast, in which he sits down with his guests to celebrate the pop culture that inspires and entertains them. If you enjoy a deep dive, then strap yourself in because Hammo and friends are ready to go.

Saturday 18 June is heating up to be a great night at Hunters Hill Town Hall.

Andrew Barnett is best known as Barney to the audiences of Fox Sports where is a resident funny man on Sunday Night with Matty Johns and The Back Page. Along with James “The Professor Rochford” he cohosted of The Night Watchmen, The Professor’s Late Hit and Narrow World of Sports. He wrote and performed on The Professor’s Farewell Tour and The Professor’s Second Year Syndrome.

Andrew has been performing as a stand up since 2010 when he was a NSW Finalist in Raw Comedy. Since then he has performed sold out shows at Comedy Clubs and Festivals across Australia and New Zealand. Andrew is a crowd favourite, whose relaxed style belies a razor sharp wit. More information here

Let’s let Danielle Walker introduce herself

I’m Danielle, I grew up in the rainforest eradicating feral pigs, swimming in creeks and foraging for wild raspberries. My grandad built a flying fox over a river, it was basically a hammock attached to a wire and you’d pull yourself over. I have a severe fear of heights, unrelated. Imho my Grandad is the coolest person in the world. My biggest regret in life is buying a hatstand, IT’S COVERED IN JUNK!! That’s an example of how relatable I can be. More information here

Dan Rath has enough parking ticket debt to cripple a small European country and he has watched his car get cubed by the government. He has been disrespected by his colleagues and is bruised and battered with nothing to lose. His low status means he has heightened cortisol production and is not equipped to take a gentle ribbing. If you were lucky enough to be at the last night of the 2021 Hunters Hill Comedy Festival, you’ll still be talk about Daniel’s great show. Daniel Muggleton is an Australian stand-up comedian wearing a tracksuit. His debut special ‘Let’s Never Hang Out’ aired multiple times on ABC Comedy in Australia, and is now streaming on Prime Video.
