I thought about what the dads’ really love to eat and I kept coming back to meat and potatoes. So our Father’s Day Self Catering Menu includes just that. We have a family favourite, Lamb, Red Wine & Rosemary Pie. As well as our delicious Potato & Pancetta Gratin.
Dessert is the ‘best ever’ Basque Cheesecake. Made with ricotta it’s decadent but not to rich and has a touch of lemon. We also have a selection of finger food, including our everyone’s favourites 5 Spice Duck Rice Paper Rolls with Hoisin and Mushroom, Thyme & Parmesan Risotto Balls to enjoy with a drink before lunch.
Then it wouldn’t be Father’s Day without our gift boxes of Dark Chocolate Rocky Road.
