Chatswood Density Forum: Have Your Say

How much density is too much — and how do we grow without losing what makes our neighbourhoods liveable? Residents across Chatswood, Artarmon and Naremburn are invited to a free community forum tackling exactly that.

Hosted by the Chatswood West Ward Progress Association alongside the Artarmon and Naremburn Progress Associations, Shaping Our Future – Balancing Density with Community Amenity brings together a panel of planning, architecture and transport minds for a discussion and audience Q&A. Speakers include architect and urban designer Prof. Phillip Thalis, University of Sydney transport engineer Assoc. Prof. Mohsen Ramezani, UNSW’s Ryan van den Nouwelant, and Jan Primrose and Jacqui Brosnan from the Better Planning Network’s “Doing Density Better” campaign, plus representatives from the three progress associations. Willoughby State MP Tim James will also attend.
