Cooling Down Your Energy Bills

Summer is coming and so are the power bills. Lane Cove Council’s free Cooling Down Your Energy Bills session at Lane Cove Library on Wednesday 25 November from 6:00pm to 7:30pm shares practical ways to cut energy use all year round.

Independent energy adviser Ian Moxon covers cheap temporary fixes and draught proofing, along with hot water, lighting, heating and cooling and smart appliance upgrades. The tips suit renters and apartment residents as well as homeowners.

Everyone who attends takes home a cool towel, a magnet thermometer and an energy-saving guide. Light refreshments are served. The session is free but bookings are needed.
