Lane Cove is about to get a new place to slow down. Kove Recovery, a boutique recovery and wellness space on level 1 of Rosenthal Arcade, is set to open in late 2026, and locals can take a first look this weekend.
We first told you about Kove in August 2025, when they were gearing up to open. Since then there have been a few hiccups, a change of location and a delay, but the wait is so worth it. We’ve had a sneak peek ourselves, and it’s absolutely stunning inside. The equipment is top of the range, the best of the best.
Kove is a local, family-owned business run by a family who have lived in Lane Cove for more than 20 years. Their aim is to make wellness feel simple and accessible, bringing a range of science-backed recovery technologies together under one roof, close to home.
What’s on offer
Heat and cold are at the heart of Kove, with a choice of saunas in both infrared and traditional Finnish styles.
The Finnish sauna is crafted from premium red cedar and fits up to six people. Harvia heaters with touchscreen controls let each session be tailored for comfort.
Look out for the Kove sauna hats, too. A traditional part of the Finnish sauna ritual, the hat helps keep your head cooler while the rest of your body warms up, as heat rises and gathers near the ceiling. It means you can stay comfortable in the heat for longer.
The infrared sauna works differently, warming the body directly at lower temperatures than a traditional sauna. It’s a gentler option for anyone who wants the benefits of sauna therapy without the intense heat, and Kove says it can help ease muscle tension and support relaxation.

For contrast therapy, visitors can move between the warmth of a sauna or the hot plunge, kept at around 40°C, and the cold plunge at a brisk 12 to 14°C. Alternating hot and cold is popular for stimulating circulation, easing sore muscles and helping body and mind reset, whether you’re recovering from exercise or just the demands of a busy week.
Kove will also offer Normatec leg compression in a reclined chair, using sequential pulse massage to help legs feel lighter after a run or a long day on your feet. There’s red light therapy too, a calming, non-invasive treatment designed to support recovery and healthy skin.

A relaxed space to recharge
Kove has been designed as somewhere to linger rather than rush. Complimentary tea and filtered sparkling water are on hand for every visitor, so you can sit back and recharge before heading back into your day.

When it opens
Kove is set to open its doors in late 2026. Until then, the preview is your chance to take a look inside.
Step inside Kove this weekend
Before the doors officially open, Kove is holding a casual pre-opening preview. Locals can walk through the space and learn about the services on offer. There’s no need to book, just drop in. No services will run during preview hours, so this is a chance to look around.
If you’ve already registered interest in becoming a Kove member, the preview is a chance to see the space in person before you decide. Kove will share next steps for membership after your visit.
Getting there
Kove is on level 1 of Rosenthal Arcade, 79-83 Longueville Road, Lane Cove, in the same building as well known local businesses like KX Pilates and Janet Sharif Physiotherapy.
