Sara Horan is a writer at In the Cove, covering what's on and what's coming up across Lane Cove and the Lower North Shore. A filmmaker and graduate of the University of Technology Sydney's Media Arts and Production program, she has directed, written, shot and edited her own short films including a black comedy set in a Catholic school and has worked on projects exploring colour, rhythm and the female experience. Sara's family has a long connection to Lane Cove, and she brings a filmmaker's instinct for a good story to her writing here. When she isn't writing or editing, she's almost certainly reading.
