About Me

I am born and bred in Lane Cove, so it felt only natural to start my first business, North Shore Running & Outdoor Fitness down at Pottery Green in 2013. Here I have developed running programs for all distances and utilized my research into pediatric exercise science to develop a kids and teens running and fitness program. In early 2018 I decided to embark on a new indoor journey and opened up Sydney Performance Lab within Lane Cove Squash Club. Here I focus on optimal movement for performance in all sports and recreations as well as health and wellness.
