What the Role Involves
The position covers six broad areas:
- Clinic relationship management. Acting as the primary point of contact for clinic partners, keeping the existing portfolio happy and engaged, and pursuing new clinics.
- Clinic onboarding and growth. Leading the onboarding process for new clinics, coordinating internal teams on operational and compliance requirements, and improving the workflows along the way.
- Contract management. Owning the deputising contracts process, maintaining the contract register, and acting as the key contact for contract queries.
- Aged care business development. Working with the aged care facility operations team and medical professionals to grow aged care as a strategic channel.
- Doctor engagement and support. Supporting doctors across the network and smoothing communication between them and internal teams.
- Marketing and process improvement. Contributing to campaigns in the private business segment and leading work to streamline operational processes.
