The Opportunity
Health Space Lane Cove is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented and personable person to join the team as a part-time Chiropractic Assistant and Front Desk Receptionist.
This role is the heartbeat of the clinic. You will be the first point of contact for patients, creating exceptional client experiences while making sure day-to-day administrative operations run smoothly.
Key responsibilities:
- Client experience: Warmly greet patients, manage check-ins and check-outs and make sure every client feels cared for from the moment they walk through the door.
- Patient processing: Schedule appointments, handle billing via HICAPS and EFTPOS, manage client files and send reminders.
- Administrative support: Manage phone enquiries, monitor emails, handle client records and process day-to-day paperwork.
- Clinic upkeep: Maintain the presentation of the reception area, assist practitioners with room changeovers and support smooth patient flow throughout the day.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy, with quick adaptability to practice management software.
