We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a growing residential real estate business on a part-time basis.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys recruitment and building relationships but is looking for a role that provides genuine flexibility.
The position is approximately 10 hours per week, with hours able to be worked around school hours and some flexibility to work from home.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Working closely with the Director, you will take ownership of the recruitment process across the business.
You will be responsible for:
• Understanding upcoming recruitment requirements
• Writing and advertising positions
• Sourcing candidates through Seek, LinkedIn and other channels
• Proactively approaching potential candidates
• Conducting initial screening and interviews
• Shortlisting candidates
• Coordinating interviews
• Managing candidate communication
• Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
• Assisting with reference checks and pre-employment requirements
• Keeping recruitment records and systems up to date
• Providing regular recruitment updates to management
ONBOARDING
You will also play an important role when onboarding new team members.
You will coordinate the initial onboarding process, including employment documentation, induction, introductions, initial training and ensuring new employees have everything they need to get off to a great start.
You will also check in with new team members during their first few weeks and work with management to make sure they are settling into the business.

Real estate recruitment experience would be highly regarded, but we are open to someone from another fast-paced sales or professional services environment.
