Growing Food for Wildlife at Flat Rock Gully
Help grow food for injured and orphaned native animals at the Growing Food for Wildlife Project in Flat Rock Gully on Saturday 28 November from 1:00pm to 3:00pm.
Led by wildlife rehabilitator Shaun Warden with Willoughby City Council and Willoughby Bushcare, volunteers grow and harvest plants that feed animals in care. Each session starts with a short talk before weeding, watering and planting. No experience is needed.
The session is free. Meet at the end of Dawson Street on the Flat Rock Gully Walking Track in Northbridge and bring a hat, water bottle and gloves. Sessions run on the fourth Saturday of the month. Register through Humanitix.
