Heart of the Nation CPR Session
Would you know what to do if someone collapsed in front of you? Lane Cove Council’s free Heart of the Nation CPR session at Lane Cove Library on Tuesday 24 November from 6:00pm to 7:30pm will give you the skills and the confidence to act.
Delivered through the Heart Foundation’s Heart of the Nation program, the 90-minute session teaches hands-on CPR and how to use a defibrillator (AED). It also explains the warning signs of sudden cardiac arrest and why acting in the first few minutes matters so much.
This is the last session in Council’s 2026 series. It is free but you need to book through Humanitix. Enquiries to Council on 02 9911 3593 or [email protected].
