Macquarie University Singers present Pulse
Pulse, a dynamic choral performance that brings together vibrant, rhythm-driven music with a strong pulse. This concert will feature dance-inspired compositions and diverse sounds from across the globe, including arrangements of Indian classical music.
With a broad stylistic range, Pulse will journey from classical to folk to contemporary music, offering an uplifting experience. Interwoven with some more reflective work, the concert will ring with lively energy
MUS is an acclaimed community choir in Sydney. It was established by the renowned carillonist John Gordon in 1967, the year that Macquarie University first opened to students. We became an incorporated association in July 2017 – Macquarie Singers Inc, still affectionately known as MUS.
MUS fosters, supports and performs choral music and has always aimed to encourage the formation of strong links with the wider community through singing.
