Local musician Graham Ball returns to Lane Cove Library on Wednesday 16 December from 10:00am to 12:00pm to trace the story of jazz.
The talk follows jazz from its African roots through the key songs, composers and players who shaped it. Styles covered range from Dixieland and Swing to Bebop, Cool, Latin and Fusion, with musical examples along the way.
Moments in Music is a popular morning series at the library. The session is free but bookings are essential.
