Local Historian Graeme Payne will attempt to separate facts from fantasies about Australia's lost treasures. What really happened to the diamonds and pearls evacuated from Darwin during the Japanese bombing attacks? Does Lasseter's Reef exist? How did fire come to destroy Sydney's Exhibition Building and many of its valuable exhibits? Have pirates secretly buried treasure chests along our shores?
