Kitsa has beautiful organic/gluten free sweet treats. You can buy online or visit her store in Crows Nest. ITC particularly liked the look of the Pink Salted Caramel. It can be enjoyed in a variety of ways. Use it as a delightful filling for tartlets, macarons or cakes. The caramel can also be gently melted and used as a sauce for ice cream. You have to love any product where the ingredients are simply butter, sugar, cream and Murray River pink salt.
