Hummerston’s is an award winning butcher that has been operating since 1970 as a fine meat and smallgoods establishment.
Hummerston’s are leaders in our field, providing customers with outstanding quality meat and smallgoods in a modern, consumer-friendly shop with highly professional staff. Our key responsibilities are freshness, quality, presentation and service.
We have stringent quality standards when it comes to sourcing our products. We only buy M.S.A graded beef, from Gympie. Pork is sourced from Murray Valley NSW, organic chicken from Young NSW, Junee Gold lamb (NSW) and our veal is sourced from Victoria. We also provide a great selection of game. All of our sausages are made fresh on the premises, and includes a range of gluten-free and preservative-free sausage.
We have a staff of nine, with Mark McKinnon and Steve Hack at the helm.
Hours: Mon – Fri: 7am – 5.30pm and Sat: 6.30am – 1 pm
