Agora IGA X-Press sell New York Deli type sandwiches. Our fav is the Sopressa, but they also have a really good vegetarian offer. The good news is that they are about to launch some new menu items.
A new breakfast menu will start soon with granola, açai bowls, yoghurt and other healthy options. If you are looking for a cafe away from busy Lane Cove Plaza, the Agora IGA X-press cafe is for you. There is street parking as well as parking behind the store.
Family Owned
Agora IGA X-press is family-owned. This means they can react quickly to customer’s suggestions and ideas. They have identified a need for an organic fruit and vegetable range and they will be adding organic products to their range. They will also be adding more vegan and vegetarian products.
They are interested in stocking items that the community wants and would love you to drop in and provide some feedback and suggestions.
Deli Range
IGA Agora X-Press also has a fully stocked deli with a huge cheese selection. They are happy to take special deli requests. If you need a deli platter for a special event just speak to Simon their deli manager. Simon is more than happy to cater for any requests.
If you are having a party there is a huge range of dips to choose from.

They have recently introduced longer trading hours.
- 6 am-8 pm weekdays and cafe open for coffee from 6 am.

Burns Bay Shops
Agora IGA X-Press is located in the Burns Bay Shopping Area in Lane Cove West.
In fact, you could say the Burns Bay Shopping Area is the medical hub of Lane Cove. There is an amazing array of health professionals located in this shopping precinct: doctors, physiotherapists, chiropractors, remedial masseurs, a speech therapist, a psychologist, naturopaths, a compounding chemist and a dentist practice.
ITC regularly shops at the Burns Bay Road shops due to the fact that parking is easy to find and you can grab a quick cuppa after you have finished your chores.
We regularly buy pots of herbs and flowering plants from Agora IGA X-press.
Don’t worry if you don’t have a reusable bag, they also have a bag share bin for you to grab a bag or donate a bag.
