EXHALE REFORMER
Bring a new element of strength, movement and restoration to your body. Complementing the Exhale Yoga, Pilates and Barre Studio, this space will add a new dimension to your club experience.
RUN ATHLETIC
Monday to Friday take on our 35-minute HIIT sessions including a combination of sprints and sleds to get the heart racing. Why not take it further with a range of bodyweight and core exercises to deliver a shredding experience.
Exercise while the Kids Are Entertained
The Kids Club is a free childminding service available to all FIT Lane Cove members to provide a safe, enjoyable and always entertaining place for children to play and interact with others while parents/guardians enjoy the facilities at Fit Lane Cove.
Soulful Fitness
Try out Soulful Fitness. Unlimited Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates, Barre, Pilates Reformer and Workshops (83 classes per week + workshops + 170+ online classes to do at home or on holidays). Soulful Fitness was the 2019 Australian Fitness Boutique of the Year.
