Broadway Comes to Lane Cove

Lane Cove now has its very own Musical Theatre School.

Musical Theatre is making a comeback (as is the Musical in general with La La Land being nominated for 14 Academy Awards).  Although according to Davin Griffiths-Jones, the founder of Broadway Star Stage School, the Musical never left.  At Broadway Star Stage School their aim is to train your child in all aspects of Musical Theatre.  The new school is located in Lane Cove West Business Park.  Davin Griffiths-Jones knows his stuff.  He has won a MO Award and Ace Award for Best Children’s show in Australia.  Davin also runs the well-known children’s theatre group City Kids Theatre. Some of you may recognise Davin from Channel 10’s Priscilla based TV show I WILL SURVIVE back in 2012.

Young performers in Lane Cove, Willoughby, Artarmon, Ryde and Chatswood now have the chance to become Musical Theatre Stars!!  Davin decided to locate the Broadway Star Stage Show in Lane Cove after seeing so many talented children from the area (many of those talented kids have performed in his City Kids Theatre productions).

Davin says the difference between Broadway Star Stage School and other schools is they focus on training a student in all aspects. Every student needs to be able to sing and dance. Gone are the days of just being a dancer, you need to be able to do everything.

The triple threat performer is what Broadway Star Stage School specialise in.

The Studio has been custom designed to provide a brilliant place for your child to learn the trade.

There are numerous options available for your child to become a triple threat.

At Broadway Star Stage School, they offer packages to suit all style of performers. Whether you are interested in just dance, singing or you are focused on our Triple Threat training, anything is possible. Group classes and private lessons will be in full swing at Lane Cove West from 30 January 2017
At Broadway Star Stage School, the Musical Theatre coaches are the highest quality. Direct from Australian musicals and TV shows, you can be assured you are getting the best of the best.  Guest teachers will be featured through-out the year under the guidance of Davin Griffiths-Jones.
