An 18-year-old Lane Cove man has been charged with drug supply and dealing with the proceeds of crime after police stopped him riding an e-bike without a helmet in St Leonards.
Police will allege they stopped the man about midnight on 10 October after seeing him riding a rental e-bike without a helmet in St Leonards CBD. A search allegedly found 32.18 grams of cannabis, a set of scales, a grinder and $690 in cash.
He was issued a field court attendance notice for supplying and possessing a prohibited drug, dealing with the proceeds of crime and possessing drug equipment, along with cautions for the bicycle offences. He is due before Hornsby Local Court on 25 November.
