Put down those screens and recharge your batteries the old fashioned way. If you fancy a bit of table tennis, volleyball, bocce, giant chess and more pop along to the Games in the Park in Helen Street Reserve on Sunday 24th February 2019.
This month’s Games will be held in memory of two very special young men: Mark Finlayson and Nic Corish. Games in the Park will raise funds for Beyond Blue, hoping others will avoid similar tragedy from being supported through the toughest times in life.
It’s Never Dull
Games in the Park is never dull! You can play or be involved in:
- table tennis,
- giant chess,
- kids soccer equipment available,
- face painting,
- ice cream (yes ice cream)
But wait there’s more…….
This time F45 Training Artarmon will join Games in the Park for a 45 minute outdoor workout to increase strength and fitness.
Come along and enjoy Pound Fitness where you can let out your inner drummer to some African drum beats while building strength and fitness.
Both professional fitness providers are offering their sessions free, but would appreciate a $5 (recommended) donation to Beyond Blue (either now by clicking this link, or cash at the time) . Make sure you wear suitable footwear and bring a drink bottle and towel for these sessions.
