The panini and coffee spot moving into the former Four Frogs Crêperie site on Longueville Road has a name. Pane & Co. signage went up this weekend.
The red frontage is gone. In its place is a fresh green shopfront with big puffy cream lettering. Pane is Italian for bread, which we’re taking as a very good sign.
Doors aren’t open yet and there’s no opening date. Owner Shan has promised focaccia baked in-house, quality deli fillings and a serious focus on coffee.
Pane & Co. is at 115–119 Longueville Road, Lane Cove.
