Drop-in sketch club (no tutor) $15/session
6, 13 & 20 February 10am—12pm. Draw the model at your leisure in Gallery Lane Cove. Bring your own materials (no oils) and you can book an easel (limited number).
Hula hooping is a great way to get active and enjoy the beautiful Lane Cove outdoors. Professional hooper, Caitlyn Woods will lead you through a beginner’s workshop and then lead a hoop jam where you can show off your new skills.

The human brain produces approx 50,000 thoughts every day.
We’ve trained our brains to retain, respond, react, multi-task, process, translate …
It’s no wonder it just won’t shut up in there. This 6-week course is aimed at those who are new to Meditation, or who haven’t yet managed to meditate successfully or consistently. You can book here
During the course we will gently re-align your expectations (of yourself, your brain AND your ability to “get” meditation), and compassionately move through the challenges of being able to just sit and be, using:
– Some movement to release the tension in the body
– Breath to connect and calm the nervous system
– Silence to allow our minds and bodies to come in to a place of space, quiet, and awareness.
This awareness will give you tools that can be used anytime, any place to help you traverse the challenges in your thoughts, emotions, relationships and physical signals with a different mind set.
Within that reflection, you can step back and change how you interact with the situations that cause the most mental and physical anguish in life.
