Jon Patrick will be highlighting locally produced, seasonal, sustainable and most importantly indigenous ingredients throughout their sumptuous three-course “Trust the Chef” style menu as well as serving champagne & canapes on arrival all for just $85pp.

Truffle Galettes at Four Frog Creperie – 11th – 14th July 2019 Bastille Day
Who better to enjoy Bastille day with than the French? Last year, to celebrate that special day, the Four Frogs used black truffle in their crêpes and ended up selling out in just a few hours!
This year, Florian drove down to the truffle farm to handpick 3kg of Truffle himself. The result is a delicious black truffle galette, made with prosciutto, egg and Swiss cheese, available from 11 to 14 July only.
