Magdalena is a Certified Nutritionist and Women’s Fitness Coach with over two decades of experience in the fitness industry across Poland, England, and Australia. As a mum of two, her passion for women’s health is both deeply personal and professional.
Specialising in women’s health and strength, Mags works with women through every life stage from pre- and postnatal recovery to peri-menopause and beyond. Her passion began after experiencing a prolapse following the birth of her first child, which inspired her mission to help other mums rebuild strength safely and confidently from the inside out.
Mags believes that feeling strong isn’t about chasing perfection but about feeling capable, energised, and proud of the body you live in. Her goal is to empower women with the knowledge, care, and support they need to thrive at every stage of motherhood and beyond.
