About the Role

More & More Pty Ltd are seeking a reliable and capable Senior Warehouse Assistant to join our small but growing team. You'll work across our two eCommerce brands —TheLandscapeStore.com.au and CaravanMods.com.au —and help keep our warehouse operations running smoothly.

This is a hands-on, full-time role best suited to someone who already has solid experience in a warehouse environment and is confident working with minimal supervision.

Your Normal Week

• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders
• Receive and process incoming stock deliveries
• Lead container unloading ~once a month
• Maintain a clean, well-organised, and safe warehouse environment
• Assist with stock counts and inventory accuracy
• Manual handling - Loading/unloading shelves with heavy product or .
• Support junior team members where needed
• Contribute to process improvements and efficiency

Who We Are Looking For

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have at least 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience
• Are confident working independently and solving day-to-day problems on the go
• Have excellent attention to detail and a sense of urgency
• Are physically fit and capable of regular lifting and manual handling
• Are organised, punctual, and a strong communicator
• Have a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a tight-knit team 
• Have a forklift license (preferred but not essential)

Role Details

• Full-time, Monday to Friday (7am–3pm)
• Hourly rate: $32-37/hour (paid as a salary), rate to vary depending on experience & competence
• Located in Artarmon area on Carlotta St (street parking + close to Pacific Hwy buses and Artarmon Station)
