Advanced Vet Care Lane Cove is looking for a hands-on Marketing and Operations Coordinator to help bring our veterinary clinics to life through engaging, authentic storytelling — while also providing practical coordination and executive support to our Operations Manager.

This isn’t just a desk marketing role. And it’s not just admin either.

It’s a unique hybrid for someone who enjoys both creating innovative and engaging video content, writing copy and designing graphics and organising projects, managing calendars and making sure things actually get done.

One day you might be filming a puppy’s first visit or editing a social video. The next you’re coordinating a campaign rollout, updating schedules, or supporting operational projects behind the scenes.

You’ll work across four clinic locations with hybrid work-from-home flexibility.

And yes — you’ll need to love animals and be comfortable around the real side of vet life (including the occasional blood, guts and surgery).

What you’ll be doing

Content & Marketing

  • Create and schedule engaging social media, video and digital content across multiple accounts and platforms
  • Write warm, human copy for posts, blogs, emails and campaigns
  • Film and edit short-form video (Reels/TikToks/behind-the-scenes)
  • Design simple graphics and marketing collateral (Canva or similar)
  • Capture authentic clinic moments, team stories and patient journeys
  • Support promotions, launches and events with creative assets
  • Monitor engagement and suggest improvements
  • Review and analyse adspend and ROI, develop marketing strategy
  • Basic website updates and copy edits

Coordination & Operations Support

  • Provide day-to-day executive/administrative support to the Operations Manager
  • Manage marketing calendars, timelines and project tracking
  • Coordinate tasks, follow-ups and priorities across sites
  • Assist with general operational and business/admin support tasks
  • Be the “glue” that keeps projects moving and nothing falling through the cracks

About you

You’re someone who:

  • Loves making content and telling stories
  • Can write copy that sounds human, not corporate or AI
  • Is confident filming and editing on your phone or simple tools
  • Is naturally organised and proactive
  • Enjoys helping leaders stay on track
  • Thrives juggling multiple projects at once
  • Is happy working across different clinic locations (ability to drive and own car is a must)
  • Loves animals and is comfortable in a clinical environment
