LCTC aim to provide artistic, recreational, educational and employment opportunities to residents in the local community. It aims to provide affordable and entertaining live theatre opportunities and to further the appreciation of the arts within the community of Lane Cove and its surrounding environs.
The Lane Cove Theatre Company wishes to ensure that local theatre is made accessible to all members of the local community and remains community based in its approach and practice.
Our annual program consists of 2-3 full-scale productions including a children’s production each year. Our new directions program welcomes smaller scale productions, solo artists, musical and theatrical. We are always looking for new members of the community keen on gaining some experience in the theatre, working on stage as an actor or backstage behind the scenes, or anyone looking for an active social group.
