Join us for this Seniors Festival event
Barbara Lewis Manager Carer Support Service – North Sydney Local Health District, will talk through the various aspects of Advance Care Planning. Giving an overview of the health, and legal aspects and the importance of communicating our wishes to family for our individual wishes for end of life care. Resources will also be available on the day.
