CHANTERELLE STRING QUARTET
Artists from the Sydney Symphony Orchestra:
Fiona Ziegler, violin;
Leone Ziegler, violin;
Jane Hazelwood, viola;
Adrian Wallis, cello.
Programme will include:
Sir Roger de Coverley – Frank Bridge.
Dissonance String Quartet in C Major K456 – Mozart.
String Quartet Opus 11 – Samuel Barber.
Folk Dances – Stephen Lalor.
The Barber Quartet has the famous Adagio as its middle movement –
the Dances were written especially for the Chanterelle Quartet providing
a wonderful display of middle European flavour and colour.
