Coffee and Climate Session: the Australian Museum Comes to Lane Cove!

2 June 2025 @ 10:30 am - 12:00 pm

Join us and the Australian Museum for free morning tea, a mini exhibition, and discussion about innovative solutions for sustainable living.

Are you interested in learning about living more sustainably? Want to know how you can help regenerate the places you live in? Come and join Jenny Newell and Madison Kuras from the Australian Museum’s Climate Solutions Centre for morning tea, see some mini models of sustainable homes and landscapes, and discuss the many ways we can save money, build strong communities, and create thriving places to live in – now and into the future!

Come along ready to get immersed in sustainable living solutions, ask questions, and share your experiences. Please note that knowledge/experience around climate change is not a preqrequisite for attendance – we welcome anyone and everyone to join us!

Places are limited for this exclusive session with the Australian Museum, so be sure to book your spot soon! This is a free event being run as part of Lane Cove Council’s Environment Week 2nd – 8th June. For more information on other Environment Week events, see here.

Complimentary coffee, tea, and cakes will be provided.
