Deciding whether to “incorporate” your community group is an important decision. Working out which structure will best suit your group can be a challenge. Join Deborah Hill, Lane Cove Chamber of Commerce President, as she takes you through how community organisations are structured, the processes involved and what are the advantages, disadvantages and responsibilities for NSW not-for-profit organisations.
