Invitation to attend community forum on allied health services in aged care

We would like to know what you think about allied health services in residential aged care facilities. If you are an aged care resident, prospective resident, or family or friend of an aged care resident, we would like to understand your preferences regarding allied health service delivery in aged care facilities. Examples of allied health services are physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech pathology.

We invite you to attend our consumer forum which is a 2.5 hour event at 1 Pottery Lane Lane Cove. You will be asked to complete two surveys, one prior and one following the forum. To thank you for participating, you will receive a $150 gift voucher on completion.
