Currambena Primary School & Preschool Information Sessions

We are an Independent Democratic School, member of ADEC (Australasian Democratic Education Community), IDEC (International Democratic Education Conference) and FSA (Future Schools).

We enrol Preschool and Primary aged children from the age of 3 to 12 years and are currently taking new enrolments in a number of the age levels and families are welcome to enrol anytime throughout the school year.

Located in Lane Cove, Currambena offers child-centred education. Established over 55 years ago, we have long been recognised as a leader in innovative, educational thinking. Our approach to learning is holistic and one in which children contribute to decisions about their own education, in a respectful, supportive and democratic environment. We value high academic standards and the specific teaching of wellbeing skills through a flexible curriculum with the goal to be inclusive of all learning needs and styles, and one that also focuses on developing a child’s skills for life.
